This Tshirt order for one of my clients was good fun to work on. Each illustration was drawn in a combination of Adobe Fresco on my iPad and then fine tuned in Adobe Illustrator. I then had to create a negative version of each illustration as well to be able to print white onto a black tshirt. It was quite a challenge but the end result came out awesome. Client was super stoked with these tshirts and had a great response from their patrons.

Monday Funnay 😂

I’ve been pondering about AI 🤖 taking over my job for some time now. After a bit of research… this is what I stumbled across 🤔

It is unlikely that AI will completely take over graphic designers' jobs in the near future. While AI can assist in certain aspects of the design process, such as generating layout options or selecting colour palettes, it currently lacks the creativity and intuition that human designers possess.

Graphic design involves a high level of creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills that AI cannot fully replicate. Human designers are able to interpret and understand client needs, navigate complex design challenges, and bring a unique perspective to each project. These are skills that are difficult to automate.

We can then leave the “make the logo bigger” and “move the logo over there” to AI’s capabilities.

Fingers crossed 🤞that hopefully graphic designers will still have jobs to do for a good few years yet 🙏

Afrihost still down... still no emails for 2 days!! This is killing small businesses 😭

Problems at a major data centre has caused an extended outage for Afrihost customers.

No power, no emails, no work! How does one survive in these tough circumstances... perhaps you can try with smoke signals, I dunno 🤷🏽‍♀️ My ISP isn't very forthcoming with letting anyone know when it will be back up and running again.
