Reality check....

Looking back, I am beyond thankful for God's guidance these past few years.
I starting with nothing, I was working on an ordering system and now have my very own stock room and 4 pop up stores to keep me going.

God sends the right people for every season of your life, and he definitely did. My clients became like family, they are my biggest supporters and motivation. When they see me hitting a "low point" in life, they step up and speak positivity into my life. I will never give up or quit on my customer-family, their support motivates me to push even harder to make a success in everything I set my mind on.

My supporters are definitely the heart and corner stone of my business, without you, I would have come this far and for that i appreciate you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

Truthfully...I was face to face with life changing opportunities where I had to jump in the deep end to make it a success and try not to think of all that can go wrong(yes, anxiety does tend to creep in) but so does faith, and faith got me through my obstacles so far because God keeps His promises. I've learned to let-go and let-God and that was a game-changer. He's got my back and wont give me more than what I can handle. I need to accept His gift and do all that I can do in business to show my love and appreciation for Him and to prove that Im grateful for all these opportunities and use each and every one of them.

Thank you God for keeping me Grounded.
In this journey...He is the one leading the way

Meet the face behind Vicki's Corner😁

Im a finalist for the first EVER SisterShouldSA title and R35 000😁

Im 30 years old, married and blessed with such a supportive husband, no kids.

I am however a momma to my pitbull, boerboel, and bearded dragon🤣 That counts, right???

I quit my job in 2022 to complete my studies...I just qualified😁 During this time I had some free time on my hands to build Vicki's Corner up a little.

Vicki's Corner was founded in 2012 as a sideline hobby, selling Avon products. There was no free space so I ran the business out of boxes.
I wanted more, I wanted to challenge myself to do MORE.

After a lot of searching, and A LOT of money lost through scams😔 I FINALLY found manufacturers for the products I wanted to sell, YAY!

From selling Avon, I have an entire range of products such as synthetic leather vellies, genuine leather handbags, oil based perfumes, preloved clothing and soooooo much more lined up, which I will slowly start bringing in once I can reach my ultimate goal of renting my own office space and create job opportunities for others. (I am currently operating from our sparebedroom so space is limited BUT you gotta work with what you've got, make the best of it, keep the faith and work yourself up to higher levels)

I believe one should focus more on quality and movement of quantity instead of profits. (I am no expert, but its working for ME, and my business vision which is to make all products affordable because EVERYONE deserves to spoil themselves)

In 2022, I won an East Coast Radio award for most beloved local business and THAT turned the faint spark inside of me into a FIRE. My once empty room has now been turned into a full office filled with stock. My work space is now my happy place😇

I have joined the SisterwouldSA team where I am surrounded by God-centred, motivated, driven, experienced, skilled women from whom I learn A LOT😁 I have also registered for the SisterShould program where I stand a chance to win the first ever SisterShould title and R35 000 To grow my business. I am currently in the top finalists😁
The winner will be announced at the end of the year.

I also had the opportunity and opened 4 pop-shops based in Meerensee, Richards Bay, Nelspruit and Botha's Hill.

I have been handpicked as a Fempreneurs which is a community where us as women motivate, support and inspire one another in business, we launched yesterday and I now officially have my own WEBSITE Thanks to an awesome team!
