Interesting fact:
Since 2013, rugby referees say three words to initiate a scrum. “Crouch, Bind, Set” is the current sequence: “Crouch” tells the forwards to drop into a low position. “Bind” tells the props to grip their opponent’s jersey. “Set” tells the players to engage and compete.

Pre-2013 it was 'crouch, touch, pause, engage'.

As with a rugby scrum, there should be some "terms" that should be looked at when you do social media marketing with your brand.

Crouch: "No impersonal ads" - consumers are bored with brands pushing products.
Bind: "High quality content" - stand above the noise and have your brand noticed.
Set: "Relevant and authentic content" - genuine connections with consumers need to be made.
