This recognition means so much to me because I truly believe that excellence is practiced, not proclaimed. It is built in the quiet moments of consistency, service, growth, and showing up even when it is not easy.

Serving as Division F Director has been one of the greatest leadership journeys of my life. Beyond the titles and awards, the true reward has been witnessing people grow in confidence, find their voice, become stronger leaders, and step into opportunities they once doubted they were capable of.

Toastmasters continues to remind me that leadership is not about position — it is about impact, service, and empowering others to rise.

Thank you to every member, club officer, Area Director, mentor, and leader who walked this journey with me. Division F’s success was never an individual achievement — it was the result of a community committed to growth and excellence.
