Where Are My Points? Let’s Clear It Up!

Just finished a survey, but don’t see your points yet? Don’t worry— here’s what could be happening:

- Some surveys go through a quick quality check before points are awarded. This helps make sure responses are genuine and accurate.
- If the survey reached its quota, you might not earn points, even if you completed most of it. This is set by the survey provider.

Many surveys reward you instantly, but others take a bit more time. Thanks for your patience—and for helping shape real change through your feedback!

Dear YourView Panelist,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve YourView, we have encountered a few challenges, but have made meaningful progress. One of the main issues has been bot activity during our migration, but we have put measures in place to manage this and are seeing improvements

However, some panellists are still registered on the old platform, and a few invalid vouchers were issued during this transition. If you have been affected, please log one support ticket with as much information as possible to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Kindly include the following details (as registered on your YourView account):

-Full Name
-Email Address
-Phone Number
-A screenshot showing your points on the old platform and/or invalid voucher(s) received

Please use the ticketing system only instead of email. This helps us resolve queries more efficiently. Due to the high number of tickets caused by bot activity, our response times may be slightly delayed. We are working hard to resolve all tickets within 24 to 72 hours.

We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to improve the YourView panel experience.

Recently, we identified bot-like activity on our platform, which was a major contributor to the issues affecting our rewards system. This fraudulent activity disrupted what was once a seamless transaction process. As a result, we have removed over 450 panelists who were found to be engaging in bot behavior and redeeming vouchers unfairly.

Since our system migration, we have encountered several challenges, which we work hard to address as soon as they arise. We have since loaded new rewards and have already seen a significant improvement in voucher validity.

To ensure our active and legitimate panelists continue to enjoy their rewards, we have decided to purchase vouchers manually. As such, all pending vouchers will be updated by the end of Monday, 7th April.

If you have previously received an invalid voucher, please log a ticket with our support team so we can assist in resolving the issue.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank our loyal panelists who have weathered these storms with us. Your support means everything as we work to restore and improve your experience.

We understand how frustrating it can be to invest time in a survey only to be screened out partway through. Please know that each survey is designed with specific criteria to meet the needs of the companies we serve.

This means that if your responses do not align with the target audience for a particular survey, your data may not be included in the final report.

Screenouts are not solely based on demographics; other factors also play a role, depending on the company’s requirements.

We know you've been waiting (and waiting… and waiting) for your rewards, and honestly? You deserve an update. First off, we are SO sorry for the silence and the inconvenience. It’s not that we’ve been ignoring you—far from it! We’ve been knee-deep in endless meetings, troubleshooting the issues around invalid vouchers and working to get the rewards system back on track.

The good news? We’re making real progress, and we’re pushing hard to have things sorted before March kicks in. We appreciate your patience more than words can say, and we promise to keep you in the loop.
