Khulekani is a motivated, self-starter and a dedicated sincere individual with a Masters
Degree in Project Management as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical
Engineering, from the University of Cape Town and the University of Natal respectively.
Most importantly he is passionate about project finance and the value their add to the
people they touchHis high focus levels, dedication and mental capabilities were tested and strengthened through his Masters degree in Project Management. He was doing this programme part time with work commitments but still managed to be the only person to graduate in record time from his class. This made him the second person in the history of UCT to finish this Masters programme in 2 years.
He has added value in multiply industries including Mining, Banking, consulting and presently the public sector. He has managed multiply infrastructure projects as well as asset management projects as a public servant .As a consultant his main focus was been in the public sector infrastructure delivery. In the banking industry he was appointed as a Business Delivery Manager mainly responsible for programme management and continuous improvement projects. This involved management of Business analyst, Test analyst, developers, process engineers and project managers in different project. While his time in the mining industry was mainly engineering specific, his technical skills, people skills and management style were strengthen with the work he has done both nationally and internationally in his period with the mining industry.. Also has managed successfully a number of engineering projects including one in Namibia. He values mentorship and has mentored junior process engineers technically and continues to mentor in life skills till to date.
