Well established printing company in Rustenburg seeking a competitive Marketing Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Marketing assistant duties include quoting,selling,and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction trough excellent sales
service
* Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
* Recommend and display items that match customer needs
* Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
* Keep up to date with product information
* Accurately describe product features and benefits
* Follow company's procedures and policies
Requirements:
* Start Immediately
* Proven working experience in marketing
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
practices
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging
personality
* Basic administration skills
* High school Certificate Grade 12
* Own transport and Drivers License
