This dropped yesterday and it’s already changing how I think about carousel strategy. Save this before you post your next one.

This is the update carousel creators have been asking for for years. One caption for 10 slides was never enough.

Your caption used to be doing a huge job. Hook, context, explanation, CTA — all in one box. That’s over now.

You’ll find the toggle in the caption field at the very end of your posting flow. No new app update needed.

You can now write a hook on slide 1, build curiosity through the middle, and drop your CTA only on the last slide… instead of cramming all of that into one caption nobody finishes reading.

The algorithm rewards dwell time. If someone is swiping through your carousel AND reading a new caption on every slide, that’s significantly more time spent on your post.

Don’t stress if you can’t see it yet. It’s a staged rollout and Meta has confirmed everyone will have it by 27 June.

Meta rewards early adopters of new features! So make the most of it early! Tag me if you do 🫶

Most of the women I work with have been meaning to start showing up online for months. Some of them, years.

They’re not lazy.
They’re not technophobic.

They’re busy, they’re skilled at what they do, and when they sit down to make content they just don’t know where to start — so they don’t.

The thing nobody tells you is that the content isn’t actually the hard part.

Knowing your story, knowing what to say and who you’re saying it to — that’s the hard part.

Once you have that, the content becomes the easy part.

That’s what I do.

One call where we figure out your story together, and a full strategy that comes out the other side.

Real ideas, real scripts, a real plan — built around your actual life, not some version of it you don’t recognise.

You don’t need a ring light or a big following or three free hours a day. You need to know what you’re saying and why it matters.

A lot of the women I’ve worked with have posted their first reel within days of getting their strategy.

Not because it suddenly felt easy. Because they finally knew what to say.

If you’ve been sitting on this — DM me the word **storytelling** and let’s just have a chat 🫶

Nobody prepares you for this part.

The part where you’re a grown woman with a real business, real clients, and real results — and you still have to sit down, look at your phone, and physically force yourself to press record.

So here are four things I wish someone had told me before I started filming reels for my business:

1️⃣ The discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It means you’re doing something that matters.

2️⃣ Nobody is watching your page as closely as you think they are. The people you’re most scared of judging you have already scrolled past.

3️⃣ The reel doesn’t have to be perfect. It has to be posted. Done beats brilliant every single time.

4️⃣The woman on the other side of the screen who needs to hear exactly what you know — she’s waiting. And every day you talk yourself out of filming is another day she doesn’t find you.

If you’ve ever sat down to film a reel and wondered what exactly you did to deserve this — you’re not alone, and you’re not failing.

Comment RECORD below and I’ll send you my top three tips for showing up on Instagram for your business when you’d genuinely rather do absolutely anything else 🎬

I just finished a content strategy for a baby home that made me cry. Twice.

She runs a crisis care home from her own house. Self-funded. No salary. Seven babies sleeping in cots in her bedroom. And she told me the goal is for those babies to forget her — because that means they went home to their forever family.

I build the same full content strategy suite for NPOs and charities that I build for any business client, because their stories deserve the same level of strategy.

The difference is I offer it at a reduced rate — because the organisations doing the hardest work shouldn’t be the ones with no help telling their story.

If you know an NPO or charity that needs help with their content and storytelling — or if you are one — DM me. I’d love to help 🫶
