1. Reduce/eliminate carrying cash
2. Avoid withdrawing/depositing money
3. Utilise cashless/online systems
4. Be vigilant, especially around banks/ATMs
5. Minimise cards or stuff carried in wallets/purses/bags

My advice to a first time entrepreneur would be:

1. Choose the right goal first.

2. Focus entirely on the work. Not the outcomes.

3. Invest in mentorship.

Most importantly promise yourself to never give up. You gotta keep trying.

Perseverance is the name of this game.

Saving is setting aside money for future short term use and emergencies.

E.g of saving products:

1) A money market unit trust
2) Notice deposits accounts
3) Access Accumulator (check )
4) Fixed Deposits
5) Stokvels

Investing is buying an income generating asset for future income and growth.

E.g of investments:

1) Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
2) Unit trusts (Bond Unit trust, Equity Unit trust etc)
3) Stocks
4) Bonds
5) Property
6) Entrepreneurship
7) Commodities (e.g gold & oil)

- I’m probably going to post this once a month until it manifests.

I have a luxurious goal so big that I get excited just thinking about it. Every time I think about it, I get overwhelmed and overjoyed because I know it’s going to happen!

Overwhelmed because sometimes I can’t sleep because the ideas won’t stop and overjoyed because I KNOW God is going to do it!

I want to create a center we will call it The Bawse hub where people can learn about finances, wealth, health, entrepreneurship, black history, etiquette, cv writing, corporate climbing training...I mean just everything in one place that I wish I had growing up.

I’m learning so much about things that are purposely hidden in plain sight to keep us down, depressed and running in circles!

Life is hard, especially when you don’t have resources! I want to serve, teach, and build all in one place!

Right now it’s an idea, a dream but you better believe I’m praying, manifesting, and writing things down!

So I’m sharing this idea with y’all because I’m speaking this into existence!
