Another application made specifically to capture user information for further marketing purposes. This time around we had to create a door model and animation in 3D in order to accomplish the result required. The application leverages off the Stage 3D API using Starling as a framework, its the first app we’ve done on the iPad which uses sprite sheet based animations resulting in smooth animations and transitions.

Similar to our previous applications, making use of prize based incentives to capture user information. For Nescafe we had to create a simple “three shells” type of game, the user needs to follow the coffee bean and once the shuffle is complete the user selects a coffee cup that covers the coffee bean. The whole application runs off a SQLite database and exports all the user details into a CSV file for further marketing purposes.

The MTN Yolo campaign ran at a number of universities and colleges around South Africa, we helped create a booth that records a user dancing to a music selection of their choice as well as taking a photo of the user which was printed out in the booth. The videos were recorded and encoded using FFMPEG so they could be uploaded to the page.

An Android application which lets people fill in their details and play a small Pacman game after which they have to select a Pacman and they could win a prize. This application was apart of a larger campaign for MTN which occurred at various colleges and universities around South Africa. We also created an application which lets a consumer film themselves and have their photo taken in an environment created on a green screen.

The SAB Multi Brand application has had a positive impact on the amount of "Likes" the Draught Quality Experience page is getting. This first release developed made in under 3 weeks and we're looking to release an improved version at a later stage after receiving some more feedback from it's usage.

This application was created for the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet. It allows promotion companies working with SAB to promote a specific brand at a venue. The main purpose to to collect information about the consumer for further marketing purposes. This is an on going project with vast improvements going to be made on it again for the next version release. All database information is updated from a remote location and updated to all the devices

Adobe will soon be releasing a ATF editor which will allow us to create spritesheets for mobile projects which use half the current memory usage on mobile devices. This is very exciting news for the Adobe Air community!
