With the greatest of the onslaught of today dying down a bit, I have time to do a post that might help you understand what went on...

Without being at all technical, we were hit with a major crisis that "locked up" everyting on our side... The backup restore was taking longer than expected, so we were trying to create new profiles that you could start sending and receiving mails in the meantime...

We as a company have a responsibility to each of our clients and the fact that we failed you this week is very hard to bear...

We cannot ever tell you how sorry we are and how much your support means to us...

We apologise that the communication was not always enough and that is something that will be discussed and refined in future...

A more technical and comprehensive report will be sent out once everything is 100% sorted out.
