POSITION: Designer
COMPANY: Sweepsouth (Pty) Ltd.
LOCATION: Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a variety of digital assets including social media visuals, email campaigns, web graphics, paid media creatives, and landing page assets.
Produce offline materials such as print collateral, event graphics, and branded items as required.
Support the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Social teams to execute designs that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Assist with adapting and refining creative assets based on campaign performance insights, testing, and feedback.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Support creative testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other business areas where required to support campaigns, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or e-commerce environment.
Experience building landing pages in WordPress, Unbounce, or similar platforms is essential
Basic knowledge of HTML is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign ex*****on and brand-aligned creative work.
