Beautifully prepared and presented food and great service from Bronwyn & Carol. Thank you Niels & Margret for making us feel so welcome. Full-time Social Media/Digital Marketing Administrator available at small boutique digital marketing agency in Stellenbosch.

This is a full-time remote position, but you will need to be based in Stellenbosch or the Winelands/Helderberg area.

Responsibilities & Requirements
+ Grow our clients’ social media platforms, presence and engagement
+ Create and strengthen partnerships with industry professionals, media, collaborators and/or influencers
+ Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
+ Conceptualize visuals, based on clients’ requirements
+ Develop graphic material & artwork for digital campaigns, promotional material and all social media needs, among others.
+ Design customer newsletters / mailers and ensure the delivery of mailer to database.
+ Conceptualise and implement platform-specific marketing strategies that align with our clients’ overall business goals
+ Coordinating digital media advertising and affiliates activity.
+ Responsible for gathering assets for marketing content.
+ Assist with the managing and monitoring of KPI reports for analysis of content, campaigns and merging trends.
+ Provide insight and feedback on the performance of channels, content and campaigns.
+ Plan, run and oversee paid advertising on all social media networks
+ Collaborate with the in-house copywriter to conceptualise creative and powerful ideas for email marketing and social content
+ Write attention-grabbing copy for email campaigns and/or social content and develop the right voice for each social media channel
+ Stay informed about trends in the social media, marketing, technology and advertising industry
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, managing social media channels, digital communication
+ Perfectly bilingual in Afrikaans & English
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Rocketmailer & Rocketseed and design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or InDesign will be an advantage.
+ Be available during some weekends/public holidays for urgent matters

Remuneration will be market-related and commensurate with experience. The role is full-time and remote, reporting to the owner of Ample Media.
