VACANCY: IT support Interns

We are currently looking for TWO interns to support our client (BASED IN PRETORIA) for the period
of 10 days (07 December -18 December) contract renewable from January based on performance.
As a Server Administrator you will support our client servers and work with internal staff, business
units to ensure only best practice business processes are employed and Service Level Agreements
are met.
What we expect you to do
Install and support all in-house and Microsoft applications
Setting up and maintaining all the workstations (desktops, laptops VDI)
Assisting in server maintenance (Hardware and Software)
Assisting in the maintenance of the IT environment e.g. Backups, restores, checking logs
Setting up and maintaining all the workstations at the disaster recover site
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and desktop PC problems
Requirement :
(National Diploma IT and Microsoft Certificates)
