Women’s Month | Meet Luzaan 🌸
I’m Luzaan, owner of Click on Me, and for the past 6 years, I’ve been building a business that started with one simple idea and has grown into so much more.
My background is in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, but over the years that experience has expanded across many different industries — including automotive, retail, medical, accounting and more.
When I started Click on Me, I knew I didn’t want to work for just one boss. I wanted the opportunity to help different businesses grow and be seen, while building something of my own. As the business grew, another part became just as important to me — creating opportunities for other women to work, grow and use their talents, while still having the flexibility that family and life sometimes require.
Today, I’m a business owner, wife and mom, and family is incredibly important to me. I want to be present for my family while still having the opportunity to grow myself, my business and my team. And I want the women who work alongside me to have that opportunity too. 🤍
Three things I love about my job:
1. Honest relationships with our clients.
Open and honest communication helps us understand each other, work better together and make sure our clients are genuinely happy with what we do.
2. Site visits.
Although most of our work happens digitally, we see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams. Getting out from behind the screen, visiting their businesses, meeting their staff and understanding what happens behind the scenes is always a highlight.
3. Helping businesses be seen.
This will always be at the heart of Click on Me. Taking what makes a business special and helping the right people notice it is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Six years later, I’m still learning, still growing and incredibly proud of what Click on Me continues to become — a business helping other businesses grow, while creating opportunities for women to grow with us. 💚
