Our Virtual Office Manager will be responsible for providing extraordinary personalized customer service via phone, email and text, along with supporting the sales team by lightening their workload in any way required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational and prioritizing skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle a number of tasks simultaneously and able to function well under pressure. This position will require regular interaction within the insurance agency, as well as with customers, so the ability to work well and professionally in a team environment is a must.
