Sim Card Registration Sales Agent

Bupelo Enterprise is inviting applications for the position of sales Agent. The agent will be expected to register sim cards on behalf of the organization. In addition to that, the agents will be expected to identify their own trading space, and eventually setup their own trading stand.

Nature of the Job

Registering sim cards of different network providers, such as Airtel, MTN and Zamtel, using the registration account (login credentials) of company. Meaning, registering sim cards on behalf of Bupelo Enterprise.
Opening Mobile Money Accounts
Replacing lost sim cards
Selling MTN Airtime
Internet Configuration

Duties

To Personally identify a busy spot, were customer can easily be found
To Personally put up a simple table/stand for displaying sim cards
To use personal phone and airtime to register sim cards.
To report to the supervisor on weekly basis
To attend weekly online meetings

Nature of payment

Commission based, you only get paid based on the number of sim cards you register. No any other payment (Allowance) will be given, with regards to sim cards registration and replacement. Payment will be based on your preference, either daily, weekly or monthly.
You will be collecting 100% of the profit from selling MTN Airtime.
You will be collecting 100% of the internet Configuration fee

Level of Supervision

Minimum supervision will be required, most of the time you will be independent.

Operating Days and Hours

Preferably, you will be working for six (6) days in a week.
Time: 08:00-18:00.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role is responsible for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of the biscuit plant through active involvement in production, maintenance, and engineering support activities. The incumbent will assist in managing plant operations, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, collecting and analyzing breakdown data, and supporting inventory control processes. The position also provides technical support in developing plant layouts and coordinating new installations using AUTOCAD, while working closely with the Head of Department and shift leads to ensure smooth plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

Implementation of maintenance techniques through OEM guidelines.
Attending to plant mechanical breakdowns.
Team management by individual tasking & ensuring collaboration within the unit.
Identify, access & mitigate repeated machine failures through observation & Study.
Develop a detailed breakdown failure historical data & track the repeated failures with concrete solutions.
Continuous communication with reporting team & reporting managers having clarity on pertaining challenges.
Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in plant equipment equally guiding reporting team members with required knowledge.
To exercise control on inventory during issuance & update HOD with upcoming inventory challenges.
Compile reports in each shift regarding machine failures & communicate the same to shift managers.
Develop CAD layouts for new plant relocations in-house changes & already planned projects.
Advise, assist & communicate plant bottlenecks to reporting staff along with possible solutions to develop their skills.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects.
Assign manpower knowing their capabilities at specific maintenance task aiming maximum individual as well as equipment efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement & learning by ex*****on team.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project ex*****on.
Ensure temporary fixtures are removed with permeant solutions after regular plant technical evaluations.
To control the quality of store spares (procured / fabricated / overhauled & revamped) Creating long- and short-term plans, for maintenance in accordance with production leads to arrange require equipment for maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
1- 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant field.
Sound understanding of mechanical operations & installations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitors stock levels and orders additional stock to ensure the availability of required materials at all times and ensure delivery of stock to the doctor’s rooms.

· Represents the organisation by applying the principles of customer care in the medical pathology field and interacts professionally and ethically with medical professionals and staff.

· Management of the reception area and give out relevant information and direct clients to relevant departments while offering excellent customer service

· Receives cash from patients and ensures banking of monies in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.

· Reports incidents, logs customer complaints and problem solution, reads documents and actions tasks on the laboratory information management system in compliance with relevant organisational policy.
