KABWE FIRE BRIGADE RETRIEVES NEWBORN FROM PIT LATRINE

A newborn baby was retrieved from a pit latrine in Makululu Compound early this morning.

The Kabwe Fire Brigade, led by Leading Firefighter Hikabanze Print, rushed to House No. I 95, Road 9 in Makululu at 01:40 after an emergency call.

Firefighters retrieved the baby from the pit latrine and rushed it to Kabwe Central Hospital. Sadly, the doctor pronounced the baby dead on arrival.

The 20-year-old mother, Evelyn Nampundu, had gone to the pit latrine to relieve herself when she suddenly gave birth and the baby accidentally fell into the latrine.

Zambia Police Officers and Makululu residents were present at the scene.

Kabwe Fire Brigade are urging pregnant women to stop using pit latrines once they reach 6 months and above to avoid such accidents.

S*X IN POLICE CELLS: Kanyama thief rapes fellow thief

A 20-year old lad facing a robbery charge has earned himself an extra sodomy-related court case after he was caught red-handed, sweating while drilling the thieving bottom of another robber he had been detained with at Kanyama Police Station in Lusaka.

According to records, the suspect had been arrested in January of 2025 and spent three months in Kanyama Police cells, thereby missing out on the celebrations of Valentine of that year.

So it was that one night when he could not hold his sexual urges any longer, the suspect lured his victim who had been in detention for just four weeks to the toilet area of the holding cell.

And there, while armed with a metallic stiff er****on, the criminal embarked on an unbiblical mission of steal the "innocence" of his fellow thief, which he did with sweat producing ferocity.

As he was being drilled, the pain of molestation, especially that there was no Vaseline was too much for the abused robber, leading him to let out a mother of all screams, which pierced the silence of Kanyama Police Station and the surrounding areas of the flood-prone compound.

Officers on duty then intervened, rescuing the victim who now couldn't walk straight due to a painful bottom that had been flooded by fast swimming spermatozoa.

On medical examination, the victim was found with bruises around the a**l area leading to the arrest of the suspect who was subsequently charged with unnatural offences contrary to Section 155(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.

When the matter came up for continued trial on Monday, the court scheduled further proceedings as the prosecution prepared to present additional evidence.

In the meantime, the accused has vehemently denied the accusation of drilling his fellow robbery accused cellmate.

🇿🇲 It Is Well, Zambia! 🙏

reporting: The REPORTER Affairs

Though the Night of Freedom has been stopped, let our faith not be shaken. God’s plans are never hindered by human decisions. What He has spoken over Zambia shall still come to pass!

As Apostle Sunday Sinyangwe has always reminded us — Zambia belongs to Jesus! 🇿🇲🔥

Let us continue to pray for our leaders, our nation, and for unity among believers. Even when doors seem closed, God is opening greater ones in the Spirit.

🕊️ It will be well, children of God.
Happy Independence Day, Zambia! ❤️💚🖤🧡

16 Years of Waiting – The Lord Remembered

This is a powerful testimony of faith and perseverance by a couple, Mr. and Mrs. Matafwali, who waited sixteen years for a child. Their journey began with their marriage on April 13, 2009, at Mufulira Central Church. Despite the societal and cultural expectations for children soon after marriage, the couple faced years of childlessness, enduring emotional pain, social pressure, and several miscarriages—one in 2018, another in 2019, and a third in 2023 after a long-awaited pregnancy.

Throughout their struggle, they held firmly to their faith in God, supported by loving family, friends, and a praying church community. Gloria’s unwavering belief inspired her husband—she would even buy baby clothes in anticipation of God’s promise.

In January 2025, their faith was renewed through intense prayer and fasting, joined by their family and church members. Finally, on September 26, 2025, at around 3:00 a.m., their prayers were answered with the birth of a healthy baby boy in Luanshya—a miracle they attribute solely to God’s faithfulness.

The testimony concludes with a message of encouragement: whatever challenges one may be facing—whether infertility, sickness, unemployment, or financial hardship—God still answers prayers.

The couple urges others to remain faithful and trust that, in God’s perfect timing, He will make all things beautiful.
