Confidence is calm. Ego makes a lot of noise.

When someone has confidence, they have a belief in their own abilities, qualities, and judgment. They feel secure in themselves and their actions, and they do not seek validation from others. They are calm and composed, even in challenging situations, because they trust in their own capabilities.

On the other hand, when someone has an ego, they are driven by a need for recognition and validation from others. They may have an exaggerated sense of self-importance and may put their own needs and desires above others. They may also be more prone to boasting or trying to prove themselves to others. This constant need for validation can create a lot of noise, as they may try to draw attention to themselves and their accomplishments in an effort to boost their own self-esteem.

Confidence is a quiet and steady belief in oneself.
