📢 A Message to the People of Skyways Ward – Chikwaba Siwale
Dear residents of Skyways, Masala, Mangwana, Chinese Complex, Hostel, Fantasy, Kapalala market ,masala police Camp and Sobelenge,
I’m not here to make empty promises or offer handouts. I’m here because I live among you, share your struggles, and know your challenges firsthand.
My commitment to you is simple: hard work, transparency, integrity, and real service delivery.
🗓️ On August 13th, I ask for your trust and your vote.
Here’s what my practical development plan will focus on:
✅ Road works & maintenance
✅ Sewer system rehabilitation
✅ Champion Youth & women empowerment
✅ Manage Garbage collection & waste disposal by providing waste bins
✅ Build Concrete drainage systems
✅ Provide Adequate security
✅ Push for equitable Bursaries & scholarships support
✅ Proper sanitation
I won’t waste your time with rhetoric that lacks action. Instead, I bring a clear, workable blueprint for transforming our ward – with results you can see and feel, not just hear about.
Empowerment won’t be a rumor. It will be accessible to every deserving resident.
