PETER C. KAPALA: A MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE AS CAMPAIGNS COME TO AN END

Chifunabuli, Luapula Province | August 12, 2026

Today marks the final day of campaigns, and I wish to sincerely thank the people of Chifunabuli for the overwhelming support, love and encouragement you have shown throughout this campaign.

From village to village, ward to ward, and community to community, I have witnessed your determination for development, better roads, improved health services, education and greater opportunities for our people.

I am particularly grateful to President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND Government for the development projects being delivered in Chifunabuli, including the ongoing works on the Samfya–Kasaba road, a commitment made to our people that is now becoming a reality.

As we conclude our campaigns, I urge every eligible voter to turn up on August 13 and vote peacefully for continued development by voting for President Hakainde Hichilema and all UPND candidates.

Thank you, Chifunabuli, for walking this journey with us. The campaign may end today, but our commitment to serving you and delivering development continues.
