As the year comes to an end let me take this opportunity as The Concerned Citizen to thank the government for the recruitment of workers in various fields especially in the ministry of health (3000 health workers). Despite the successful recruitment let me highlight a few concerns that the ministry of health should address in the next recruitment.

1.All sectors must be given equal consideration ,I believe there some programs that where introduced recently e.g (RPHN) Registered public health nursing, this field has received little consideration .The number is very small that is allocated to this field during recruitment leaving someone with a lot of questions than answers .

2.The ministry should make it clear on those fields that are given little or no allocation during recruitment so that the public can know and stop waisting time studying such programmes.
