3. Explaining sonographic procedures to patients and providing counselling on all procedure.
4. Ensuring clear images for diagnostic purposes and adjusting the sonographic equipment when necessary.
5. Selection of appropriate settings and adjusting patients’ positions accordingly.
6. Monitoring and caring for patients to ensure their safety and comfort during procedures.
7. Selecting and examining images, looking for differences between healthy and pathological areas, and determining if the scope of examination should be extended, based on preliminary findings.
8. Presenting the sonograms and preliminary findings to the Obstetrician.
9. Completing the appropriate documentation and maintaining patients’ histories and medical records.
10. Assisting Obstetricians and Gynaecologists during invasive procedures.
11. Maintaining and cleaning the sonographic equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Full School Certificate or equivalent.
2. Diploma in Radiography (with proven Sonography Skills)
3. Relevant and applicable professional certification
4. Current and valid practicing license.
5. Strong technical, communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
6. Ability to explain technical terms in a clear and understandable way.
7. Good eyesight and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all geology work is undertaken in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
Ensuring the compilation and managing of all grade control plans
Implementation of all grade controls plans issued by the Mine Planner, Chief Geologist
Controlling and overseeing the production activities related to geology works.
Ensuring all grade control sampling is undertaken and analysis of results are made available to the chief geologist on time.
