Determination
The word has simple meaning. The ability to continue doing even if the task is difficult. This is most important to succeed. Each of our team member is expected to self train to control oneself to set rules and keep or follow them. Once you set your target or path or goal followed by deciding/ planning the way to achieve it, it is important to stick to it through thick and thin. Diversity
To be able to do a range of things and be willing to do it. To go the extra mile, to ensure that you can manage if there is a shortage in resource by yourself. Ensure also you have more than one related targets to succeed.
Direction
When we interview people we want to work us, we ask candidates to demonstrate that they have direction and that can help to transform our company into a better institution than they found it.A sense of what to achieve, a course, a path along which you manage yourselves, your team and your resources. Keep it clear and complete. Or keep clearing it and completing it.
Success, Strategy and System
