YOU ARE NOT MEANT TO SERVE EVERYONE
Any business model that competes on price is doomed to fail at the end, Grand Businesses compete on the value the promise and deliever.
They guide the client from one level to the next. When business is low many business people that are likely just starting they tend to opt to compete on price and that eventually leads to them onboarding any Dick and Harry that had money to pay.
My sentiments on this are “To run a successful business it is important to have a clear profile of who your ideal clients and that way you also determine who your ideal client is not. Then after that you make the decision that anything that does not lie within your ideal client boundaries is not for you”.
By so doing you save your self, time, mental health, manage stress levels, emotional torture, and lots of ideal clients lost.
A non-ideal client is not worth it. We have learnt to pick our clients very carefully and so far that has worked for us. thank you to Young Farmers club, Agric 24, CamPat Events, Optimistic Resolutions, Hilux Spares Africa, Accident Solutions, Nissan Bakkie Spares, Aquarium Solutions, EcoLink and many others that we did not mention.
