Meet Benri van Greunen from Van Greunen Boerdery, sharing how the De Heus Hydrolac Concept has influenced their farming operation.

The system offers several benefits for farmers with a rotary parlour, including:
✅Reduced pelleting costs by feeding meal
✅Faster feed intake and improved rotary parlour efficiency
✅Quicker cow flow from the holding area to grazing
✅Cleaner troughs, allowing cows to leave the parlour sooner
✅Increased water intake, which is beneficial for the cows

While there is an initial investment in the equipment, Benri believes the operational and financial benefits make it worthwhile.

⛳ A great day on the course, with an exciting glimpse into the future!

Despite the cold and windy weather, the 3rd De Heus Venison Classic Golf Day, held on the 29th of July 2026 at the Middelburg Golf Club, was a huge success!

One of the highlights of the day was seeing our new De Heus Middelburg Feed Mill steadily taking shape in the background, a proud reminder of our commitment to investing in the Eastern Cape and supporting the region's agricultural future.

We are also proud that the funds raised will contribute towards the development of a driving range and golf academy at the Middelburg Golf Club, creating opportunities for future golfers.

A special thank you to all the farmers who generously sponsored the venison prizes, and to everyone who participated and supported the day. Your generosity and support made this event possible.
