Gonarezhou consist of lot of activities which include Game viewing this is best along the riverine regions and close to the many perennial pools and springs. The elephants in this Park are notoriously aggressive so visitors are encouraged to keep a safe viewing distance, Fishing is also another activity ,Walking safaris of which there are certain permitted areas and at the pools at Samalema Gorge are of major interest there is also viewing of the cliffs at Chilojo, Mwatomba Pool and Makonde Pool, Viewing points these can be found at Chamuchanzi among other places , Dumbwi Falls viewing on the Pombadzi River and are very attractive during the rainy season
ATTRACTIONS
One of the most prominent and magnificent natural features of Gonarezhou National Park is the beautiful Chilojo Cliffs. These magnificent red sandstone cliffs have been formed through eons of erosion and overlook the scenic Runde River valley. The 170m sandstone cliffs which can be seen from the south bank of the Runde River stretch for 30 km.
Tourist should visit the Gonarezhou it has a Daytime and full moon walking trails which enable an Excellent bird sighting ,Unique view of the sunset from the red hills ,Panoramic platform views and the numerous viewing points from numerous pools and pans
