A Freelancer is an ind
ependent contractor who does particular pieces of work for different clients (companies or individuals) and gets paid on per-job or per-task basis. The work is typically short-term and can range from as little as hours up to days depending on nature and complexity. Job Providers: If you have got a piece job or project and would like it to be done by a highly skilled Freelancer from our pool of talent, you send your job to the admin so that it gets posted on the platform (Jobs are posted using the same template which will be provided to you). We help you to thoroughly vet and screen out unqualified bidders and then give you our top five (5) selected bidders for you to make the final selection. Freelancers: If you are interested in any job posted on the platform, you bid for the job by replying directly to the inbox of the admin who posted the job (A template to use for bidding will be provided to you). When you successfully qualify, the Job Provider will subsequently contact you.
