Blackfin Collective is looking for a proactive, organised and highly capable professional to join our team in Harare.

This is a dynamic role combining executive support (40%) with operations and project coordination (60%). We’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, keep things moving, manage priorities and bring structure to a fast-paced creative environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Most people don't know how big Paramount actually is.

Seventy-five years old. 250,000 garments produced monthly. One of Africa's largest manufacturers. But if you walked past the factory, you'd never know.

So we walked inside instead.

What we found: an entire operation running at half capacity. Plans to double production. 500 jobs created in three years. A company that makes schoolwear for children, protective clothing for workers, sportswear for athletes. A solar plant powering the whole thing. Export routes across continents.

The scale was hidden. The story was always there.

We made it visible.
