We took SURGE Energy Drink back to the drawing board and stripped it down to what matters: a wordmark that hits at a glance, a lightning bolt built into the letterform itself, and packaging that finally looks as fast as the drink claims to be.
The old logo had a tagline, a sub-text, and an illustrated runner all fighting for attention. The new one doesn't need any of that. The type does the work. Charcoal grey for power. Crimson red for energy. One mark that scales from a can to a billboard without losing a thing.
This is what a rebrand looks like when the brand idea lives inside the typography, not on top of it.
