✨Discovering My Strengths ✨

The CliftonStrengths Assessment revealed my top five strengths as:
1️⃣ Futuristic
2️⃣ Discipline
3️⃣ Learner
4️⃣ Individualization
5️⃣ Competition

I wasn’t surprised to see Futuristic at the top — I’ve always been a dreamer, a planner, and a visionary- tipping over to the prophetic. Since childhood, I’ve vividly imagined the life I wanted, and many of those “fantasies,” as people once called them, have now become my reality. The only challenge? Sometimes I get so focused on tomorrow that I forget to fully enjoy today.

Discipline keeps me grounded. I thrive on structure and commitment. Learning fuels me because I’m endlessly curious. Individualization reminds me to see and celebrate the uniqueness in others, and while competition has always driven me to excel whether in pageants or academics. I’ve learned that true success lies in constant growth, not comparison.

Today, I’m choosing to celebrate these strengths and how they’ve shaped my journey.

I encourage everyone, leaders and aspiring leaders alike to take this assessment. My leadership journey in the U.S., opened my eyes to the power of knowing my strengths. Today, it empowers me to lead with purpose, embrace my gifts, and grow where I’m still learning.

In the US, Valbeaut got to teach the Mandela Washington Fellows from different African countries on grooming and etiquette, image building, public speaking and communication skills, hygiene for leaders and confidence !

Expanding our reach, exporting our services and creating well- rounded individuals that can be better leaders in their nations

We seek to update, upgrade and evaluate one’s image through soft skills training

Observed International Day of the Girl Child by providing a platform for Junior Councilors to inform the public about their ‘Pad me up campaign. ’

This day recognizes girls leading change amidst varied crises while confronting the socio-economic challenges affecting them.

“The girl I am, the change I lead: Girls on the frontlines of crisis,” underscores that girls amidst crises are not merely recipients of aid but active agents of change.

I wore a blazer as the host of the show so that I could fit in with these young students making a difference in society. I loving supporting causes affecting women and girls especially as a Miss Teen Angel under Junior Council Bulawayo. The work started a long time ago

Over the past two weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of hosting insightful conversations and will continue to do so on a new segment called Beyond The Classroom, with the Executive Director of the Association of Trust Schools, Tim Middleton on

We explored some critical aspects of the education system from academics and examinations to the role of sport and extracurricular activities in shaping a whole student.

It has been refreshing to see how schools are striking a balance between classroom performance and holistic development, nurturing young people who are confident, well-rounded and prepared for the future.

Looking forward to continuing these enriching conversations as the work I do in teaching soft skills in schools and distributing my book ties into this. The goal is to have quality education in our schools and build tomorrow’s leaders.
