The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Business Development Executive Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies

Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (HubSpot, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Business Development Executive Requirements and Qualifications

Experience with lead generation and prospect management in Digital Marketing Industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives

High school degree or equivalent

Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Hubspot experience preferred

The journey of Cyberaqam started 6 months before its launch in august 2018 when the chairman Mr. Waheed Hasan decided to get a Digital Marketing Expert to his group of companies names ATC Group where Ms. Asma Mohammed, The Manager of ATC Group, was in the hunt of the professional who can bring growth for their business. Mr. Waheed Hasan is a well reputed businessman who is running an ERP Solutions company and a corporate training firm. With his extensive knowledge, he wanted to move forward by adding another business to his group of companies that is durable and highly efficient in today’s market. Ms. Asma Mohammed is a very hard and smart worker, she always makes sure that she gets the best for the business in order to manage the whole company and grow beyond the competitors. After her efforts on finding the right person, she found Mr. Nouman Siraj who have in-depth digital marketing experience and was keen on starting up his own Digital Marketing Agency. The three pillars of cyberaqam met first under the ATC Group and decided to start a Digital Marketing Firm after consulting with Mr. Nouman’s about the market potential and the company’s capabilities to provide a solution to the UAE’s Digital Marketing Industry where clients are paying money to the agencies without a measurable, realistic and time-bound results that bring actual value to the business leading towards the growth of the businesses.

The three founders prepared themselves well for their journey towards making an agency which entrepreneur can relay on, in order to bring the best marketing services to the businesses all over the world. Many businesses today are happy with what Cyberaqam have provided them all these years for their companies and they have become a vital source for increasing Cyberaqam’s clients list by referring other businesses to Cyberaqam.
