في المؤتمر الذي شَهد الإعلان عن بيع شركة "نوكيا" إلى "مايكروسوفت"، اختتم رئيسها التنفيذي حديثه بكلماتٍ حزينة لخصت نهاية حقبة كاملة، حيث قال:
"نحن لم نرتكب أي خطأ.. ولكن بطريقةٍ ما، خسرنا."
كانت تلك اللحظة مؤثرة لدرجة أن البكاء غلب الرئيس وفريقه. فالحقيقة هي أن "نوكيا" لم تكن تعاني من سوء الإدارة، لكنها ارتكبت خطأً أكبر؛ وهو الجمود بينما كان العالم يتطور من حولها بسرعة مذهلة. لقد تأخرت في اللحاق بقطار التكنولوجيا، ففقدت مكانتها في القمة، ثم فقدت وجودها تماماً.
الدروس المستفادة من هذه القصة:
• الجمود هو البداية للنهاية: من يرفض التغيير، سيجد نفسه خارج السباق.
• التوقف عن التعلّم هو تراجع: من يظن أنه اكتفى من المعرفة، سيتجاوزه الزمن والآخرون.
• جوهر الفشل: الخسارة ليست هي الفشل الحقيقي، بل الفشل هو الغرور والاعتقاد بأنك لست بحاجة إلى التطوير.
في النهاية، التعلّم والتطوير المستمر ليس مجرد رفاهية، بل هو ضرورة حتمية للبقاء والاستمرار. 📱
