Three Point Turn

Three Point Turn Business Consultant🌏➑️ Driving your projects in the right direction! Planing is my passion! Organisation is the key to success! Looking forward to working you!

I can create a manageable plan for you to tackle any task or project that awaits. Let me organise that chaos and clutter for you to find your way once again. Editing text and formatting is in my being! I can ensure that your message is read loud and clear by your target audience. My name is Lynn and I am your local Virtual Assistant for the Mid West region of Western Australia! I've lived on three

continents and have called three different countries my home over the last three decades. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, worked in Germany for two years as an English Language Assistant, and now live in Geraldton, Western Australia. When I moved here in 2014, I started mentoring students at TAFE and working at the Visitor Centre as an officer and tour guide for cruise ships. I spent the last six years teaching English at a high school and decided to make the switch to office administration, bringing with me the skills and knowledge that I had acquired as an English and Literature teacher. With my business, Three Point Turn, I also get to practice my passion of assisting others and doing what I love: planning, organising, and editing.

2023 is my renewed opportunity to engage with community and share my skills with individuals and businesses alike in order to maximise their own super potential!

β€˜We’re here to lean into the friction in our marketing lives. To turn tension into traction. To question more. Push harder. Think better’

Some events stay with you long after the closing.

It was a privilege to support The Regional Australia Institute at Regions Rising WA as part of the event management team, helping bring together leaders from government, industry and community to explore the future of regional Western Australia.

The theme was Regionalisation- Driving Regional Systems Change. So, what drives us?

Regional Australia doesn't move forward through ideas alone. It moves forward through partnerships, shared purpose, and people willing to roll up their sleeves.

You never know who you’re going to bump into at regional events, and it was lovely to see some familiar faces: CEO of the RRR -The Rural, Regional, Remote Women's Network of Western Australia Kendall Galbraith, Head of NBN Local WA Naomi Evans, CEO of MWDC Nils Hay, and Nicole Batten Shire of Chapman Valley President

Thank you to the Regional Australia Institute and CEO Liz Ritchie for the opportunity to be part of another event that is helping shape the future of our regions.

At Three Point Turn, I strive to keep driving projects in the right direction with connection and community at the core of every journey.

We are incredibly proud of what Gather & Grow became, but even more proud of what it represents. To every sponsor, donor, volunteer, staff member, supplier, performer, and guest who joined us: thank you for helping turn a vision into reality.

This was more than a dinner: it was a reminder of what is possible when a community chooses to gather, connect, and grow together.

Through sponsorship, donations, volunteering, fundraising activities, and attendance on the night, our supporters have helped strengthen Centacare's ability to provide practical support to people experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, mental health challenges, family separation, and food insecurity.

Stay tuned for more Gather & Grow goodness...

Regional events require a community. At Three Point Turn I fly solo, but with 65Thirty Events Entertainment Mullermind and Sweet Orange Productions as my go-to boots on the ground event weekend, I know the event will be a success.

Cheers to my event community for bringing Centacare Family Services β€˜s inaugural Gather & Grow to life!

Event partners, small businesses, and wicked community members make regional events happen! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

The RAI is coming back to WA (𝑀𝑒𝑠𝑑 π‘π‘œπ‘Žπ‘ π‘‘ 𝑏𝑒𝑠𝑑 π‘π‘œπ‘Žπ‘ π‘‘!) and I'm excited to join them as on-the-day Event Management support!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with the RAI again after a stint as a research assistant for Energy Transition and Circular Economy projects - and I'm excited for a day of conversations concerned with and connecting our regional communities!

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Since the RAI’s inception, we have sought to elevate knowledge that advances regional Australia. We are now at a significant turning point, making conversations that shape its future more important than ever.

On 30 June 2026, the Regional Australia Institute will bring its flagship event series to Perth for Regions Rising Western Australia. The theme, β€œDriving Regional Systems,” will explore how we collectively navigate this transformation as an ecosystem, while optimising and embracing the opportunities ahead.

This one-day forum will bring together leaders from government, industry, and community to share insights, strengthen connections, and drive action where it matters most. The Hon Stephen Dawson, Minister for Regional Development, will speak to the Seven Cities vision and what will be required to realise it.

Liz Ritchie, CEO of the Regional Australia Institute, will present the – Year 3 WA Progress Report. This report tracks six framework pillars and 25 targets, seeking a unified vision to rebalance the nation. It will examine whether WA regions are progressing in the right direction, identify where challenges remain, and outline the actions needed to shift key metrics that underpin the social fabric of regional WA.

Grounded in RAI research and informed by real-world experience, this event places regional voices at the centre of Western Australia’s policy and investment conversations. Attendees can expect a full day of keynote insights, engaging panel discussions, all focused on unlocking growth and delivering a stronger future for regional WA.

Speaker lineup includes:
β€’ Liz Ritchie, CEO, Regional Australia Institute
