EMRS has over 30 years’ experience in delivering quality research insights to our Tasmanian and mainland clients that allow them to understand community preferences and perceptions, the way organisations and industries are viewed, and what changes they need to make to enhance their product, brand or service offering

We conduct hundreds of community-based quantitative and qualitative research proj

ects locally and nationwide each year, allowing awareness levels, opinions and attitudes on a multiplicity of political, social and cultural issues to be gauged and explored. This has included conducting research for a large range of government and non-government schemes, organisations and service providers. Our full-service capability and nationwide reach ensure that, whatever the issue or need may be, we have the appropriate research solution to offer, including: qualitative research via focus groups and in-depth interviews; and quantitative research by telephone using our own quality-controlled call centre or by means of our own EMRS online research tool. All EMRS research services are designed and administered ‘in-house’, enabling our team to control the process and standard of the research throughout. This allows us to be highly competitive in terms of cost, while still delivering our services at speed and high standards of professionalism and quality.
