We conduct hundreds of community-based quantitative and qualitative research projects locally and nationwide each year, allowing awareness levels, opinions and attitudes on a multiplicity of political, social and cultural issues to be gauged and explored. This has included conducting research for a large range of government and non-government schemes, organisations and service providers. Our full-service capability and nationwide reach ensure that, whatever the issue or need may be, we have the appropriate research solution to offer, including: qualitative research via focus groups and in-depth interviews; and quantitative research by telephone using our own quality-controlled call centre or by means of our own EMRS online research tool. All EMRS research services are designed and administered ‘in-house’, enabling our team to control the process and standard of the research throughout.
