After 18 wonderful years, the time has come for us to say goodbye to Promotional FX.
This decision has been incredibly bittersweet. What started as a business became such a huge part of our lives, filled with long days, challenges, laughs, friendships and so many amazing people along the way.
To all of our loyal customers, thank you. Thank you for supporting a small local family run business, for trusting us with your brands, uniforms, ideas and last minute requests over the years. Your support has meant more than you could ever know. So many of you became more than customers you became familiar faces and genuine connections that we will always be grateful for.
To our suppliers and everyone behind the scenes, thank you for your support, patience and partnerships throughout the years. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.
We have always tried to go above and beyond for every customer and we are incredibly proud of what Promotional FX has become. Watching the business grow over nearly two decades has been something very special.
While it’s emotional closing this chapter, we are very excited for a slower pace and the next stage of life. While Allan is still working our other business I am going to enjoying our grandchildren and hopefully we will have more frequent holidays 🏖️
Promotional FX will now be passed on to new owners and we wish them every success as they continue the journey.
