Today, on his second death anniversary, we honor a man whose 32-year journey in sales leadership helped shape some of Bangladesh's most respected organizations. From Unilever Bangladesh to New Zealand Dairy , Square Toiletries, Meghna Group of Industries, Paradise Cables, DBL Ceramics and Partex Beverage, Syed Iqbal Karim built a career defined by vision, discipline, and exceptional leadership.

To us at Trivia, He was a mentor, a guide, and someone who believed that leadership was never about titles—it was about empowering people, building character, and creating opportunities for others to grow.

His values continue to shape the way we work, the decisions we make, and the culture we strive to build every day. Though he is no longer with us, his influence lives on in the countless people he mentored and the lives he touched throughout his remarkable journey.

You are deeply missed, but your legacy will continue to lead us forward.
