Tonight, my beautiful daughter made this delicious lamb chop empanadas with rice and a fantastic sauce just for me. I’m so happy—she learned how to cook in the kitchen with her grandparents when she was growing up. Let’s pass down those family traditions and create new memories around the dinner table!
