We're looking for a creative and innovative Senior Graphic Designer with 5–8+ years of experience to lead high-impact design projects across digital, print, branding, and social media.

What we're looking for:

- A strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, color theory, and campaign conceptualization.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects) and strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience leading projects from concept to launch while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of print production, branding, communication, and project management.
- AI expertise is essential. You'll work with tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and AI-powered Adobe features, with strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to integrate AI into creative workflows while maintaining ethical and commercial best practices.
- Bonus if you have experience with motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro), 3D tools (Cinema4D or Blender), AI ideation tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or a background in UI/UX and HTML/CSS.

Your Responsibilities will be :

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and video content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual styles aligned with the brand identity and campaign goals.
- Edit and animate videos using software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

You should have:

- 4–6+ years of experience
- Strong Portfolio showcasing motion and video editing skills.
- Advanced Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator skills.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
