Much as I hate to be the one to bring up Xmas, I know from experience that I get quite a lot of enquiries well into December, when my schedule is usually pretty tight.

So I wanted to get in early and post a reminder for anyone interested to get any Xmas projects or enquiries to me as early as you can.

If you're a business looking to boost Xmas promotions, or you'd like some bespoke seasonal lettering for you shop / workspace, drop me a DM or an email and we can start the process.

I'm also taking orders for handpainted gifts. There are some items already up on the website, and lots of stuff for sale at my workshop in Northbourne, but most years I also take orders for more bespoke, personalised lettering gifts and homewares, so get in touch if that's something you'd like to discuss.

Oh, and workshops. I still have a couple of spaces left on the next signwriting day workshops, in November and January. I may be adding some more dates for late winter / spring.

The Crooked Book have just given their shop a fresh coat of green paint, and I was tasked to come and re-paint all the lettering to make everything look fresh and brand new again, following in the footsteps of my dad, who painted the original lettering when they opened fifteen years ago.

Needless to say it was a pleasure to work on.

I've been designing some signs for the Library Of Things, a project that my wife, Sarah, has been working on.

It's a shared community library where you can join and hire tools and other household items.

The library is set to take place at Livingstone Hall, Parkstone United Reformed Church, not far from Ashley Cross.

They have some great items already but are still looking for more. It's a really worthwhile project so please follow them on their socials and drop them a line if you'd like to know more, donate, or get involved.

Recently finished this vertical panel for The Henna Parlour, who are currently based on Bournemouth Pier.

Really happy with how this came out as all the lettering was set out and painted freehand. I used a paper template for the corner florals, and some stencils for the QR codes.
