Great to see the latest Times Higher Education Campus+ article from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane is live.

Dr Abderrahim Agnaou’s piece tackles an increasingly important question for universities: How do we teach AI literacy when students already think they’re experts?

Always a pleasure for More Fire PR supporting colleagues at AUI in developing and shaping these Campus+ contributions.

I received a very thoughtful reminder that More Fire PR Ltd turns 14 this month. Many thanks to Mark and Joanna at Pixooma Ltd for our business birthday card, a genuinely lovely touch.

It got me thinking about milestones. For me, running a business for 14 years hasn’t been about one big moment. It’s been a series of conversations, relationships, projects, worries and wins that have gradually built over time to make us who we are today.

Looking back, there have been some amazing experiences:
– working with friends old and new
– being welcomed as part of UK and international university teams
– shaping thought leadership commentary that’s reached audiences in more than 170 countries
– supporting everything from multi-million-pound institutional launches to smaller, high-stakes PR and crisis communications challenges that rarely see the light of day

One of my biggest lessons? Clarity, relationships, and consistently turning up and delivering matter.

Also: don’t put off difficult conversations or decisions. It’s better to tackle them head on. After all, I can’t blame “the boss” for their faults anymore, because it’s me. The work that lasts and has real impact is built on trust, not noise.

A huge thank you to all our clients, colleagues and collaborators, past, present and future. You’re superstars. On to the next chapter.
