Not all enquiries are equal.

Most businesses have certain services they would love more of.

Maybe they are more profitable.
Maybe they are better suited to the team.
Maybe they are the jobs you actually want to be known for.

But here’s the question: does your marketing support that?

Are those services easy to find on your website?
Are they clear on your Google profile?
Are they being talked about in your content?
Are people searching for them and finding you?

If there is something you want more enquiries for, it needs to be visible.

A quick one for Marketing Monday.

Businesses change all the time, but websites do not always keep up.

You might have added new services, changed your process, moved focus, updated prices, changed your team, or started working in slightly different areas.

But if your website still says the same thing it did a year ago, it might not be doing your business justice.

It is worth giving your key pages a quick read every now and then.
Do they still sound like you?
Do they reflect what you actually offer?
Are they clear enough for someone who has never spoken to you before?

Marketing Monday: Don't ignore the quieter wins.

Marketing wins are not always dramatic.

Sometimes it’s not a sudden flood of enquiries or a huge jump in rankings.

Sometimes it’s quieter.

A better search term.
A stronger page.
A cleaner campaign.
More relevant traffic.
Improved visibility in the right area.
A clearer picture of what’s working.

Those things still matter.

They’re often the bits that help build better results over time.

Harry has recently rejoined Success Local after five years away, and it has been brilliant having him back in the team. With Jordan leading delivery, these little day-to-day conversations are such an important part of how we keep work moving and make sure clients are properly looked after.

Marketing Monday: Are your best services easy to find?

If there’s a service you really want more enquiries for, is it actually easy to find on your website?

Not buried in a dropdown.
Not mentioned once on the homepage.
Not hidden in a paragraph somewhere.

A strong service page should be clear, useful and easy to get to.

It should tell people what you offer, where you offer it, why they can trust you and what to do next.

Sounds simple, but it’s one of the things that can make a real difference.

A little team social at in Rugby 🏌️

As much as we spend a lot of time behind screens, working well together is not just about what happens at our desks.

Getting to know each other properly, having a laugh and building trust outside of the day-to-day makes such a difference to how we work as a team.

Still not sure the golf skills were quite as strong as the teamwork, though.
