Monkey carted away N70 million in senators’ farm house

senator, Shehu Sani (Kaduna-APC), gave some insights into why Abdullahi Adamu (Nasarawa-APC) was removed as chairman Northern Senators Forum.

Mr. Sani said about N70 million belonging to the group was claimed to have been carted away by monkeys in a farm house.

A man disconnected the electricity he connected for the whole village after losing election in the same village
He actually funded the project with his personal money.

He told them to meet the person they voted for to do it for them.😂

He also terminated scholarship support for 60 students in the constituency which he funded personally and blames parents for not supporting him during the elections, which made him lose his bid for the senatorial seat.

The community gave excuse that they didn't vote for him because he is already rich and influential, that they voted for somebody else so that their community will have more rich and influential persons.

They voted someone who has done nothing for them, has zero impact to their lives.

Our estate transformer got damaged and needed replacement.
The cost for a new transformer is too expensive, so the estate chairman/executive shared the cost of purchasing a new transformer to each building in the estate.

My Landlord is asking us to pay because he doesn't live there.

Pls, is it my responsibility as a tenant to pay for the replacement of street transformer?

He said that any tenant that refuses to pay will have his light cut off when the new transformer is installed.

This is the message i got from my tenant yesterday.

Good morning Ma, My toilet WC fell and broke and it broke together with the tap connecting it and also broke the toilet sit.

So water was flooding my room from that tap that broke I had to notify another tenant to kindly off the water pipe connecting to all the apartment

So because of this issue other apartment can't get water.
So I humbly request for an urgent repair for the betterment of other tenants in the compound.

Pls my people, the above is from my tenant who has lived in this property for almost 4 years now.

Who's responsible to fix repairs like this?

The landlord or the sitting tenant who has used the facility for this long?..
