PEACE + CHAOS SKG. BETWEEN RUNWAY AND RUPTURE
The interior concept explores the duality at the heart of the fashion industry—where precision and disruption, serenity and intensity, coexist in a constant state of tension. Inspired by the contrast between the peaceful minimalism and the chaotic energy of the iconic Peace + Chaos, the SKG flagship space becomes a physical narrative of this paradox.
In here, fashion operates between two extremes: the calm, meditative discipline of craftsmanship, tailoring, and timeless design and the chaotic world of style, production, and reinvention.
This interior translates that duality into spatial experience, inviting users to move through zones of stillness and clarity into moments of visual and sensory overload, echoing the rhythm of the industry itself.
The peace areas represent the atelier; the origin of creation with soft, neutral palettes, natural materials, clean lines, negative space, and diffused, ambient lighting.
The chaos zones embody the runway, the backstage, and the fashion cycle’s intensity with high-contrast colors, layered textures and unexpected material juxtapositions, fragmented geometries and asymmetry, and dynamic lighting.
This project positions the interior as a living metaphor for the fashion industry: a space where order and disorder are not opposites, but collaborators.
By embracing this duality, the design invites users to experience both the quiet soul of creation and the electric pulse of transformation—revealing that beauty in fashion, as in space, emerges from the balance between the two.
