Fallow Coffee, Kilternan.
Location 03.

Working with Fallow Speciality Coffee on their third location in South Dublin has been a brilliant one.

The idea was to take a shipping container and turn it into a fully functioning drive-through and walk-up coffee shop, while pushing the existing Fallow identity a little further. Deep green wraps the container, contrasted with a soft pink tiled façade and matching grout so the whole surface reads as one colour with plenty of texture.

The drive-through windows are spaced to allow two cars to use the space at once, while the walk-up side is treated more like a framed shopfront, with pastries and products visible from outside.

Inside, it’s a seriously technical little space: hot and cold prep, full coffee setup, refrigeration, storage and room for up to six staff to work comfortably on busy days.

Huge credit to Royal & Co. for the fit-out and Design Emporium for the finishes throughout.

A new identity and packaging for LÍN Irish Vermouth.

LÍN comes from the Irish for linen: individual threads woven together into one fabric. That idea became the basis of the brand: taking flavours, ingredients and references from across Ireland and bringing them together into one product, so the packaging had to let the product speak and be seen.

The identity is deliberately minimal. Linen-textured labels, understated typography, sculptural bottles and dark green detailing keep it unmistakably Irish without leaning on cliché. “From the waters and the wild” reinforces that further, a line rooted in Irish poetry, but also a direct reference to where the ingredients and character of the product come from.

Each label is applied by hand and intentionally carries its own small wabi sabi imperfection, a fold, stretch or variation, giving every bottle a slightly different finish and reinforcing the handmade nature of the product.

We created Lucky Penny from the ground up: brand identity, visual language, packaging and label design.

The brief was to make something that felt unmistakably Irish and rooted in tradition, without ever feeling old fashioned. The copper penny became a key part of that story, designed to feel almost three-dimensional so it catches differently depending on the angle.

There are quieter details throughout too, including hidden Ogham messaging across the bottle and a back label written like a personal letter from the owner.

A really fun one for us.

We were asked to develop a hanging fabric ceiling feature for the new Sarah Lyons & Co studio, so we layered five different fabrics through the space to create movement, softness and a subtle statement overhead.

Another space completed at the Hippodrome Casino London.

What started as a simple room of slot machines became a fully immersive destination lounge layered in deep blues, brass detailing, textured finishes, illuminated Vegas skyline panels and a central sculptural bar designed to anchor the entire experience.

The machines bring the energy.
The room was designed to amplify it.
