* No entry requirements.
* Our courses are completely virtual and online.
* Start anytime anywhere.
* Globally recognised UK certification.
* 0% interest on instalments of 4 months only on Diplomas. We offer three types of training, which differ in duration and training method:

DIPLOMAS
Pitman Training Diplomas are very highly regarded by employers. They are made up of core and elective courses relating to the subject, such as training to be an Executive PA. A diploma could take several weeks to complete depending on whether you choose to study full or part-time. Most diploma training is PC-based, with an 'audio tutor' and support is on hand from an experienced course advisor when you need it. Many students use our diplomas to start or change careers or to return to work. COURSES
Pitman Training's courses last from a few hours to a few days and follow the same PC-based format as our diplomas. A Pitman Training course can help you top up specific skills or learn something new. We have courses in areas such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Book-Keeping and many more. LIVE TRAINING
Live Training is different from courses and diplomas in that it is virtual classroom-based and tutor-led. Get in touch with us for our scheduled and bespoke Live Training programme.

A morning of learning, connecting and thinking about what comes next for Kenya’s technology workforce.

Rehaan and Nasira are attending the CompTIA Skills & Talent Forum today at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill.

One of the conversations I’m particularly interested in is how we close the gap between the skills people are learning and the capabilities employers increasingly need. These are increasingly important across technology, AI, cybersecurity and data.

At Pitman Training Kenya, we see this connection between training, industry-recognised skills and employability becoming more important than ever.

Looking forward to meeting other training and education professionals, hearing the latest insights from the CompTIA team and exploring opportunities to strengthen pathways into the technology workforce.

If you’re here this morning, it would be great to connect.

Last Friday was a morning well spent connecting purpose, partnerships and impact.

We were delighted to represent Pitman Training Kenya at the launch of the I&M Sustainability Report, and to hear more about the I&M Foundation’s work and the impact being created across communities in Kenya.

For us at Pitman Training Kenya, this conversation was particularly meaningful. Through our partnership with the I&M Foundation on the Career Acceleration Programme (CAP), we have seen first-hand what can happen when organisations invest not only in education, but in practical skills, employability and pathways to opportunity for young people.

Events like this are also an important reminder that sustainable impact rarely happens in isolation. It takes collaboration between foundations, businesses, educators and communities; each bringing their strengths to the table.

Congratulations to the I&M Foundation team on the launch and on continuing to champion initiatives that create lasting social impact.

Looking forward to strengthening existing partnerships, building new ones and exploring how we can collectively equip more young Kenyans with the skills and confidence to thrive in the workplace.

Good conversations often start with a simple introduction, and lead to much bigger opportunities.

Pitman Training Kenya was pleased to be part of the British Chamber of Commerce Kenya’s BCCK Business Connect Speed Networking evening at KOFISI Kaskazi, General Mathenge.

Represented by our Head of Marketing and Partnerships, Rehaan Mehar, the evening gave us the opportunity to connect with leaders from organisations across different sectors, exchange perspectives and explore where future collaboration could create value.

For us, networking is about more than exchanging contacts. It is about understanding the challenges businesses are facing, building trusted relationships and finding practical ways to help organisations strengthen their people and workplace capabilities.

Thank you to the British Chamber of Commerce Kenya for creating such a focused and engaging platform, and to KOFISI for hosting us in a fantastic space.

We are looking forward to continuing some of the conversations that began around the table.

What a year 2026 is turning out to be. πŸ’™

The first eight months have brought new partnerships, new learning programmes, inspiring student success stories and more opportunities for Pitman Training Kenya to work with employers, organisations and communities across Kenya.

But the part we are proudest of is the impact behind those milestones:
β€’ Every learner who gains confidence.
β€’ Every professional who develops a new skill.
β€’ Every organisation that invests in its people. β€’ Every partnership that creates new opportunities.

Because for us, training has never simply been about earning a qualification.

It is about helping people become more capable, employable and confident in an increasingly changing world of work.

From professional and workplace skills training to career development and corporate learning, we remain committed to providing practical, internationally recognised training that helps individuals and organisations move forward.

A huge thank you to our learners, alumni, partners, coaches, employers, stakeholders and the entire Pitman Training Kenya team for being part of the journey.

There is still plenty more to come in 2026.
