Ogilvy Digital is a global agency with a Sri Lankan soul, and Sri Lanka’s pioneering digital agency for over 14 years. We’re on the lookout for a Client Servicing Manager to lead relationships and deliver impactful digital campaigns.
What you’ll do:
➤ Be the key point of contact for local and multinational clients
➤ Manage end-to-end digital campaigns with internal teams
➤ Turn client briefs into effective digital solutions
➤ Build strong, long-term client partnerships
➤ Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights
What we’re looking for:
➤ 5–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management or digital marketing
➤ Strong knowledge of social media, content, email, and paid media
➤ Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
➤ Agency experience is an added advantage
