Embroidery on polar fleece requires a soluble film on top of the fabric to hold the pile flat whilst being embroidered. Not all embroiderers use this, but it certainly gives a cleaner edge and better finish. Small remnants can be seen making it look a bit ragged, but this will dissolve in the first wash. I’ve learned many little tricks over the past 26 years, but I’m not about to give all my secrets away😉
