Working with Billie NZ was a dream! Fun, bold and fresh.

Most of my clients are in the fitness industry (Thanks to Eleven Athletic) so taking on passion projects adds a little bit of diversity to my work, and damn - this was an epic opportunity!

Billie is your big sister, your best friend, your go-to girl for it all and everything in between.

Although the days of teen-magazines like Girlfriend, Creme and Dolly are gone, the audience of teenage girls they were aimed at is not.

Kiwi teenage girls deserve a (new) place to go and find content especially for them. So Billie was born!

Unused concepts 💔

Design is a super personal thing. Concepts reflect not only the client, but the creator.

This can be a blessing and a curse in some ways. Trying to capture a brands personality can be difficult, especially if the direction is fluid.

But sometimes, it’s just not the right fit for the client, or their audience. It can be difficult as a designer to change direction, but in the end - the client knows what will resonate with their customers 🙌🏻

The lovers 🌙 for 🖤 My dear friend and her partner have just launched their bespoke, hand-poured, crystal-infused candle business. So of course my inspiration was drawn from ✨that vibe✨ “The Lovers” Tarot Card, with some crystal-infused vibes. Check them out if you love s**t that smells amazing 🔥

New branding for Stefan Pollmann 🤘🏼

Stefan knows what it takes to achieve and maintain optimal fitness. For the last decade he has worked worldwide, modeling for brands like GQ and Hugo Boss, all the while perfecting his own training and helping others along the way.

His holistic approach to training works on a deep understanding of the science behind exercise and nutrition, bio-hacking and longevity.

He wanted his branding to reflect that: simple, holistic, affirmative, with a little kick to it too⚡️

In the discovery process, Stefan mentioned a mountain as a symbol that resonated with him. The monogram links his initials ‘SP’ into a peak, as well as an arrow, to represent his progressive approach with training ⛰

When I was briefed for this branding, the opening sentence read “dream client” - and she really was a dream to work with ☁️

is a WBFF pro from Rotterdam, who is taking her empire online 👑

Evelien had the foundations down with her look and feel: earthy tones, with a vintage mood. And, it worked perfectly 💚

Branding for 🏋🏻

Freddie is an online training and nutrition coach from the UK, who focuses on the science behind health and fitness 🧬 🥦🍗

He wanted his brand to be bold, and powerful. So we kept it simple and masculine. The logo includes a simplified primary protein structure to represent his scientific approach with clients 💪🏻

I love the direction of this branding, it’s going to look incredible on his bespoke app 📲 Eleven Athletic
