Today we stand by the Ukrainian women defending their country alongside the men. And the women stuck with no power, or water trying to protect their children, and the women trying to flee with a bag of possessions.Its hard not to feel completely helpless, but Red Cross are in the thick of this war, giving aid and helping people to get people to medical care and safety. A small way we're helping these women today is by donating to the Red Cross Ukrainian Humanitarian Crisis Appeal. www.redcross.org.nz
